Stephenie provides legal operations consulting through Amplispark LLC, with a focus on transforming in-house legal departments and streamlining outside corporate legal spend through process-building and analytics. As an attorney, she has experience with corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, private placement, complex financial transactions, non-profits, immigration, and e-discovery. She earned her JD at Harvard University and her BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Joseph Wharton and Benjamin Franklin Scholar.

In addition, Stephenie has a robust pro bono practice that includes representation of individuals and nonprofits. She was a founding board member of Token Theatre as well as a former board member of the Wharton Club of Chicago.
